Integral to our work is exploration for and procurement of suitable lands for the development of wind turbine farms. TransAlta Wind operates 3 major wind farm projects in Alberta, has announced another for development, and has 1 proposed project within the province, 4 on the horizon in Ontario, and is building the first wind farm in New Brunswick.
